Real Quick Regarding Easter Potluck
I made Pan-Fried Dumplings filled with Pork Loin, Caramelized Apples, and a Honey Mustard Vinaigrette. I also braised New Zealand Leg of Lamb Steaks using Hoisin and Sesame instead of Red Wine. Liz and Matty J made a variety of various Asian appetizers, dumplings, egg rolls, and included a sesame & soy sauce that I used with my dumplings as well. Hardy made corned beef served in a chili sauce. Rich made these little Peruvian bread rolls (he made the dough from scratch; it was made from the flour of casaba and something else). And Matt continued to kick our collective asses in Scene It.

There exists a version
of myself that chose wisely, that saved the day, that won, that got it right. I am his approximation. I've rounded down.
