Brokah!
I'm heading to the Orpheum this weekend, not to see American Idol, but to see Conor Oberst's band Bright Eyes. Check out these reviews:

Maxim
Rolling Stone
Black Table

I opted to get tickets through an online broker as opposed to using eBay, since eBay is less secure and less customer oriented. That, and I got better seating, at a premium, obviously, but after my Michael's tasting menu experience, I think it's fairly evident that one aspect of my personality that had to be held in check during my time in furlough was that of the Big Spender.

I decided to just take the bus into work this morning, the first time in a long time when I could actually dress up and wear semi-formalwear.

There exists a version
of myself that chose wisely, that saved the day, that won, that got it right. I am his approximation. I've rounded down.
