You talk to the CSO III's when you want to schedule a haircut or a doctor's appointment. In my case, I'm asking if I can switch bunks with one of my roommates (Pat) who's leaving this Sunday. He spent 20 days for violating probation in what amounted to be a very petty case. I'll be glad if the kite gets approved, because that bunk is in a prime location in the room, and if I'm going to be here until January, then I might as well be comfortable.
