This cooking site was listed as one of the Blogs of Note, and it's got a nice clean layout. It makes me think that once I get out, I should start posting recipes and pictures of my culinary adventures. I was hoping that the site would be more in the
Alton Brown vein, but that isn't the case. The comment fields are pretty busy, though, so the feedback that people provide are also pretty insightful.
I gravitate toward cooking because it appeals to the scientist, the anthropologist, the artist, the philosopher, and the party host in me all at the same time.
