Stop what you're doin'
'Cause I'm about to ruin
The image and the style that you're used to.

No other road. No other way. No day but today. Massive traffic caused the office to be a ghost town this morning. There's this nasty section of the 101 between Parkway Calabasas and Las Virgenes where for two miles there are no exits. Not the best place to be if you're, for example, running out of gas and having to coast down the hill, to the chagrin of the other drivers.

I signed up for another free draft on Yahoo in preparation for Sunday's big 12-man draft in Dennis' league. And then, on Tuesday, my 10-man keeper league drafts. This gives me a perfectly valid excuse to not-make-it to a coworker's Pampered Chef's party. I imagine that this is the modern Tupperware party (of which I remember from my childhood) and I think is just an excuse to have people over at his house for reasons other than good cheer and company. Since perhaps good cheer and company aren't good enough reasons. Okay, I didn't blog that out loud.

There exists a version
of myself that chose wisely, that saved the day, that won, that got it right. I am his approximation. I've rounded down.
