I don't know, but conventional wisdom dictates that it should be the one with the waiting period. Of course, conventional wisdom really doesn't mean much.

It's a weird way to gain perspective on your own life, and unfortunately the ultimate tragedy was involved, but this news article made me realize that it could have been much much worse me.
